1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Red Rooter Plumbing website (redrooterplumbingnj.com) and requesting our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Red Rooter Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing, drain cleaning, sewer services, and HVAC services throughout Northern New Jersey. Service availability may vary by location. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are subject to change based on actual conditions found on-site. Written estimates are provided before work begins. Prices may vary based on the complexity of the job, parts required, and time of service (standard vs. emergency/after-hours rates apply).

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection proceedings and associated fees.

5. Warranty

Red Rooter Plumbing warrants labor for 90 days from the date of service. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or pre-existing conditions not disclosed at time of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Red Rooter Plumbing's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or inability to provide services.

7. Scheduling and Cancellations

We strive to honor all scheduled appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance. Emergency services are available 24/7 and are subject to emergency service rates.

8. Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our technicians to perform the requested services. You represent that you have the authority to authorize work on the property.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Passaic County, New Jersey.
